Null Reference Games created the games "Starheim", "Andromeda" and "Orb of the Gods" as free apps.
This Service is provided an no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding the policies with the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information.
If you choose to use this Service, then you agree to collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

The games "Starheim" and "Andromeda" use a built-in account system where users create an account in-game that can be used on both the Google Play and Steam versions.
Users enter their chosen Username and Password at account creation, we suggest using unique information not used on other platforms, but your Username and Password that you use to create an account will not be shared with third parties, and passwords are stored encrypted.
For a better experience, when creating a new account, users may OPTIONALLY enter an E-Mail address to be able to enable account recovery in the future.
E-Mail addresses are only ever used for account recovery to confirm ownership of the account, nothing will be E-Mailed to the address except for when you request help with password recovery.
The E-Mail will not be shared with third parties.

Aside from optional E-Mail Addresses, we do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone.
Our games do not collect any device identifiers such as: IEMI, IMSI, SIM, Serial #, or handle Phonebook or Contact information.
Since Starheim and Andromeda connect to our servers, the IP address of your device is known to us when it connects.
We do not use the IP address for anything except possibly limiting the number of simultaneous logins allowed per device.

Unity:
While we don't use Unity Analytics, the games developed in Unity, and Unity as a third party service may collect data from users.

Children's Privacy:
Starheim and Andromeda do not address anyone under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to take the necessary actions.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:
We may update our privacy policy from time to time, thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

Orb of the Gods Specific:
The game "Orb of the Gods" uses Google Play Services to login and store cloud saves and report leaderboard scores using the Google account you are logged into on the device.
Orb of the Gods collects no information outside what is provided by Google Play Services.
The game is still functional offline if no internet is found, bypassing the Google Play Services Login and saving locally.
Orb of the Gods is a casual game designed for all audiences including children, as such it contains zero online interaction outside the leaderboard, the ads are set to "safe for children", and it's not possible to share any personal information within the game with either the developer or other users.
